Enquiries
The enquiry builder prepares text inside your browser. It does not submit a form to our server or save the draft in browser storage. If you choose to email it, the message is sent through your email provider to kazi@cansoft.com. The team uses information you provide to respond to the enquiry and discuss the requested work.
flor conversations
Messages entered in the website chat are sent to flor.tel, the established conversation service. Your message, a random conversation identifier and the page address are sent to maintain context. The conversation identifier and messages are kept in this page while it is open; reloading starts a new conversation. Chat data is handled under flor’s privacy policy. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Website operation
Hosting and security providers process technical request information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and protect the site. This site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics tracking script. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those files.
Interactive features
The local SEO checklist keeps selections only in the current page. Reloading the page resets them. The email draft remains in the current page until you navigate away or reload.
